Three, and together they cover the back office: the Accountant for money, the HR Admin for people, and the Office Manager for the office itself. All three work at Sogody today; the Accountant has run our books since June 2026.
The ones your back office already runs: QuickBooks, Xero or Sage for accounting, your bank, your HR records, Gmail or Outlook, Drive, Slack. If your company runs a different stack, we adapt to it. Nothing to migrate and no new software to learn.
Three weeks. Week one is the audit: we map how your back office actually runs, who approves what, and where the spreadsheets are. In week two we connect your accounting, bank, inbox, HR records, and drive, and set hard rules for what each role may touch. In week three it does the job on probation and you review everything before it counts. After that it works nightly.
No. It never moves money. It prepares payments, and you make them. During probation it never sends anything externally without your sign-off, and afterwards only within the script you've agreed. The work is autonomous; the authority is yours.
It escalates. It never invents a number. If it can't verify something in your systems, it flags it to your team instead of guessing, and every write it makes can be undone.
We are. Sogody engineers supervise every shift and stay accountable for the work. Every action is logged so you can audit it at any time, and every morning you get a short summary of what was done.
Each role has a flat monthly fee and a one-time onboarding fee, listed on its card. Hire the back office, all three roles with Sogody engineers on retainer, and onboarding is waived. It's a monthly subscription, so you can cancel when needed. Your records and your data leave with you.
